18th Annual Yuletide Bazaar Sponsorship Opportunities

Businesses and organizations wishing to sponsor our major fundraisers can contact us to negotiate either monetary or in-kind donations. In-kind donations include gift cards or items/services that can be used for the development of the event or can be auctioned off at the event.

Our largest fundraiser is the annual Yuletide Bazaar held the first Saturday in November at the Parker Field House. This event is held from 9am to 4pm, includes over 107 vendors, and for the first time this year, a Santa Claus contest. 

Yuletide Bazaar Donation levels:

Platinum - $5,000
Includes booth space, signage as event’s primary sponsor on event banner, and on all social media promotions. Business name and website listed on event web site and
handout sheet given to shoppers, and opportunity for business to include
promotional materials in packet provided to shoppers.

Gold - $1,000 
Includes booth space, signage as event sponsor on event banner, business listed on
event banner and on all social media promotions. Business name and website listed
on event web site and handout sheet given to shoppers, and opportunity for
business to include promotional materials in packet provided to shoppers.

Silver - $500
​Business name and website listed on handout sheet given to shoppers. Opportunity to distribute promotional materials provided by business to shoppers.

​Bronze- $250 
Business name and website listed on event website and handout sheet given to
shoppers.

Scholarship sponsorship $1000 - Donation will exclusively go to scholarships to area high school students.
$1,000 (includes booth)

all social media promotions. Business name and website listed on event web site and
handout sheet given to shoppers, and opportunity for business to include
promotional materials in packet provided by to shoppers.

$500 (booth not included)
Business name and website listed on event web site and
