 Our Yuletide Bazaar is usually the second Saturday in November , weather permitting.  This year it will be on November 14th, 2026 9am-4pm. Vendor access is at 6:30am.  

The Bazaar is the major fundraiser for GFWC Mountain Pine Woman's Club.  The proceeds of the Bazaar provide college scholarships for graduating seniors  and athletic scholarships for the Parker Fieldhouse. Additionally, it supports donations for our active duty military and veterans, as well as local, state, national and international charities.

Green Booths (No Electrical Available) (8' X 10'): $120

Pink Booths Mid-rink (No Electrical Available) (10'X10'): $130

White Booths Rink Wall Without Electricity (10'X10'): $140
White Booths Rink Wall WITH One Electrical Outlet (10'X10'): $160

 Gray Endcap Booths (No Electrical Available) (10'X10"): $145

 Lavender Booths Premium Rink Wall Without Electricity (10'X10'): $150

Turquoise Booths Premium Rink Wall WITH One Electrical Outlet (10'X10'): $170

Orange Booths Premium Outside Rink WITH One Electrical Outlet (10'X10'): $170 

 Add Second Electrical Outlet: $20

RESTRICTIONS

• The number of vendors admitted to each product category is limited. This provides adequate competition within the category and offers a better shopping experience for shoppers & vendors alike.
  
• We also limit the numbers of vendor types/categories, such as direct sales. We do not limit artisans or crafters.
  
• Once these vendor &/or product categories are filled/closed, vendors completing the application will be placed on a Wait List, should an opening occur they will be notified. 

Do you want customers to refer their friends to you?

Then we ask that you:

• Have a sign that identifies your booth name
  
• Wear something (e.g. NAMETAG) that identifies your company and you.
  
• Consider sponsoring the Yuletide event to get your company name included on the handout given to shoppers, the banner advertising the event, and/or your name included in all advertising for the event
