 Our Yuletide Bazaar is always on the second Saturday in November, weather permitting, at the Parker Fieldhouse, 18700 Plaza Drive, Parker, CO. This year, it will be on Saturday, November 14th, 2026, from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Vendor access starts at 6:30 a.m.  

The Bazaar is the major fundraiser for GFWC Mountain Pine Woman's Club.  Bazaar proceeds fund college scholarships for graduating seniors in Douglas and Elbert counties. Additionally, it supports donations for local, state, national, and international charities as well as our active-duty military and veterans,

Turquoise Booths Premium Rink Wall WITH One Electrical Outlet (10'X10'): SOLD OUT

Orange Booths Premium Outside Rink WITH One Electrical Outlet (10'X10'): $170 - SOLD OUT

RESTRICTIONS

• The number of vendors admitted to each product category is limited. This provides adequate competition within the category and offers a better shopping experience for shoppers & vendors alike.
  
• We also limit the number of vendor types/categories, such as direct sales. We do not limit artisans or crafters.
  
• Once these vendors &/or product categories are filled/closed, vendors completing the application will be placed on a Wait List; should an opening occur, they will be notified. 

Do you want customers to refer their friends to you?

Then we ask that you:

• Have a sign that identifies your booth name.
  
• Wear something (e.g., NAMETAG) that identifies your company and you.
  
• Consider sponsoring the Yuletide event to include your company name on the handout given to shoppers, the banner advertising the event, and/or in all event advertising.

Please fill out the vendor application and choose your booth size/location

and return by September 1, 2026.

You will receive a link to PayPal once your application is accepted.
